PDF (Portable Document Format)

PDF files are used to retain the formatting of original documents. To view these files, the user can download the free Adobe reader.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application. A viewer application for Excel is available from Microsoft which allow users who don't have Excel installed to view Excel files (Windows only).

NOTE: Macintosh users without Excel installed or Unix/Linux users can view PDF versions of documents on or import Excel spreadsheets into other applications such as AppleWorks or OpenOffice.
