RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the issuance of permit for proposed single-level rectangular deck without additional projections as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 16 December 2003.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 15 December 2003. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION: Postponed at the request of the applicant.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed fence based on materials received and dated 19 November 2003.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed twelve (12) story commercial building as shown in drawings received and dated 24 November 2003, with the exception of at-grade construction in public space. All landscape and security features in public space should be resubmitted under separate permit for review and comment. Conforms with previously approved concept submission (See case S.L. 02-090.)

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed window replacement as shown in drawings and information received and dated 5 December 2003, provided windows are repaired, if possible, and replaced with wood windows to match original configuration.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed fence as shown in drawings and information received and dated 5 December 2003, provided fence alignment provides adequate area external to the yard for camouflaging landscape.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 11 December 2003. No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed new curb and gutter as shown in drawings received and dated 5 December 2003, provided replacement is in-kind. All signs for retail venues should be resubmitted under separate permit for review and comment. Conforms with previously approved concept submission. (See case S.L. 04-004.) Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed fire damage repair, including window replacement, as shown in drawings received and dated 11 December 2003.
