RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the concept for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 5 January 2004. Note is made that the project must be reviewed by the Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Historic Preservation Review Board. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the process must be resumited to the Commission for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the issuance of permit for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 8 January 2004. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review and may contain conflicts with zoning code. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the process must be submitted to the Commission for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the concept for the proposed addition as shown in drawings received and dated 18 January 2004, with the following recommendations: new windows should be the same size and located on the same datum as windows in the existing structure and the deck should be rectilinear in its footprint.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the concept for the proposed roof addtion and deck enclosure as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 9 January 2004.
