Dear Mr. McGill:

During its meeting of 25 January 2005, the Commission reviewed the final plans for the proposed alterations and additions to the Mary E. Switzer Building at 330 C Street, SW. The members again commended the architects on the conservative design approach that is a logical extension of the existing building and on their desire to create an environmentally sensitive project. The members unanimously approved the project.

The Commission looks forward to reviewing the security and landscape plans for the Switzer Building as they develop. As always, the staff is available should you require assistance.
