RECOMMENDATION: No objection to concept design for proposed new nine-story office building to replace the existing 1980s era structure, and for the restoration of the original corner facades of Michler Place, and for improvements to the adjacent reconstructed townhouse facade as shown in drawings received and dated 10 January 2005. File new submission of working drawings with details and material samples with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
