Existing location of light fixture and new electrical outlet were not approved and must be corrected prior to 31 May 2009. Recommend coordination of use of satellite dishes with neighbor to retain one in a location not visible from public thoroughfare. Recommend removal of shutters at first floor. New wood shutters at second floor windows must be operable with accurate hardware and sized to cover windows when closed. No objection to issuance of permit for existing storm door and hose bib installed prior to review. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for revised design for picture window and for second floor replacement windows (installed prior to review) for review by the Commission no later than the 14 May 2009 deadline for the meeting of 4 June 2009.
