RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for rear addition, new roof deck, and new exterior stair, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 8 July 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval. Refer to Historic Preservation Review Board.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated and halo-illuminated signs, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 15 July 2009. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for exterior restoration, repair, and replacement in kind of masonry, roof, and windows; new accessible entrance and ramps at south terrace; modifications to side drive and parking lot with new canopies; infill of two interior courtyards; infill addition and terrace at north elevation; and new rooftop corridor, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2009 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 July 2009. Submission conforms with previously approved concept design. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of a rooftop camera and a satellite dish, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2009, provided that the satellite dish is mounted as low as possible and both pieces of equipment are painted a light neutral color. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for a hyphen addition to a house, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2009. Submission conforms with previously approved concept design.
