No objection to issuance of permit for replacement woven fabric awning with lettering reading "Thunder Burger and Bar" limited to 12-inch-high valance and for one menu board ONLY. Applied logo on windows, second menu box and third light fixture were not approved and must be removed no later than 31 March 2011. Lettering on side panels of awnings were not approved and were deleted from this permit application. Request property owner remove light fixtures on facade which were installed prior to review or permit and paint pickled brick at the storefront level which is not appropriate to this building and the historic district.
