RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of one sign and one awning for Wells Fargo, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 31 March 2011. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a rear addition, as shown in materials received and dated 11 April 2011, provided that vinyl windows and vinyl siding are not used and that final material selections are reviewed by CFA staff. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

RECOMMENDATION: No action. Project is not subject to review by the Commission of Fine Arts.
