RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the final plans for accessibility modifications to the main entrance to the cemetery and administration building, as shown in materials received and dated 25 March 2011. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the proposed renovation of the lobby entrance to the Robert Weaver Building-headquarters of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the submitted plans for the installation of a new canopy at the main entrance and landscaping in the front building yard, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011. Refer to DC Department of Transportation Public Space Committee and the DC Historic Preservation Office.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the final plans for the installation of a regenerative stormwater conveyance in Bingham Run on the west side of Rock Creek Park south of Bingham Drive, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011 Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the temporary installation of safety and security chain-link fences at the entrances to Piers 1 through 4 on the Anacostia River Walk, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011. It is understood that the fences will be removed from Piers 1 and 2 within one year and a design for permanent enclosures will be submitted for review in the near future; and that the fences will be removed from Piers 3 and 4 once those piers are demolished. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the final plans for the addition of an interim modular locker building and a loading dock canopy at the U.S. Army Band building (Building #400), including site modifications, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the proposed concept design for a building renovation, modifications, addition, and site improvements, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2011. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the proposed final plans for the reconfiguration and roadway improvements to the main vehicular entrance to the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant at the intersection of Overlook Avenue and Perimeter Road, SW, as shown in materials received and dated 1 March 2011. RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the submitted plans for the installation of a interim facility for waterfront festival grounds and tennis stadium, as shown in materials received and dated 11 March 2011. The approval period for this temporary installation is not to exceed two years and shall be considered an interim configuration until approved plans for a permanent facility or the redevelopment of the site can be realized.
