Submitted materials and a site visit of 17 July 2012 indicate that proposed work at courtyard will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Proposed replacement of storefront windows and doors on Canal side were not approved and were deleted from this permit application. Recommend retention of existing storefront windows with butt–joints.
