Submission Requirements for Additions and New ConstructionConcept Application to include: 1. current photographs that document existing conditions, 1 set; Note: Upon receipt of the materials, CFA staff will determine if the project is to be reviewed under its jurisdiction or returned to HPO. The designated staff person will contact the applicant regarding the submission and also whether or not a public presentation will be required. Permit Application to include: 1. all requirements for concept drawings as further developed, 4 copies; Note: Upon receipt of the materials, CFA staff will determine if the project is to be reviewed under its jurisdiction or returned to HPO. A Concept Application under the Old Georgetown Act, determined by CFA to be not visible from public space must be re-submitted to CFA to confirm, if changes were made, that the construction documents indicate that the project will not be visible from public space.
