Dear Ms. Mavritte:

In its meeting of 20 November, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed the revised concept design for a new chancery building for the Embassy of Morocco to be located on Lot #4 on International Drive, N.W. in the International Center. The Commission members concluded that their concerns about the previous scheme reviewed in September 2007 had been addressed in the submitted revisions and considered the project much improved. The Commission approved the revised concept design and looks forward to the review of the final construction documents.

Please coordinate with the staff for the final submission when ready. As always, the staff is available should additional questions arise.
