Submission Requirements for Old Georgetown Projects

There are two levels of review offered for projects submitted to the OGB and the CFA: concept and permit. Concept review provides an opportunity for applicants to know what is acceptable at an early stage of design, but a concept approval does not constitute the necessary advice to issue a permit for the work. A permit application must be submitted to the D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) for review by the OGB/CFA. Please contact CFA staff at (202) 504-2200 to determine which level of review is appropriate for your project.
