No objection to the proposed concept plans for the renovation and rehabilitation of Court Building 'C' in Judiciary Square, including: the addition of a ADA compliant entrance; the repair and restoration of the exterior stonework, windows, and doors; and the installation of new landscaping, signs and exterior lighting, as shown in materials received and dated 26 June 2009. Project conforms to previously approved Judiciary Square Master Plan (See case number; CFA 19/FEB/09-8). Refer to the DC Historic Preservation Review Board.
