No objection to the proposed concept designs for the rehabilitation and modification of three vehicular gates to improve vehicular access to Congressional Cemetery, as shown in materials received and dated 2 July 2009. The three gates include: the main gate at 18th and E Streets, SE; the Proust Street Gate at 17th and H Streets, SE; and the Henderson Street Gate at 19th and E Street, SE.
