Recommendation
No objection to the final plans for proposed alterations, including repair to masonry, replacement wood doors to match original doors, new window between doors on front facade to match original condition, repair of existing historic windows, replacement of non-historic windows with custom-made wood windows matching details and profiles of historic windows, and new custom-made wood awning storm windows set back from face of brick, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 February 2013. (See case OG 13-089, HPA 13-141.) New shutters were deleted from the scope of work. File new submission of drawings for new mechanical systems, to eliminate individual window units and vent on side wall, for review by the Commission.
