Letter

Dear Mr. Deatrick:

During its meeting of 21 July 2005, the Commission reviewed and approved the restoration project for Blues Alley in Georgetown. The members supported the position of the Old Georgetown Board that it is appropriate to use dark blue-gray tinted concrete, scored in a two-foot square pattern for this historic alley. Considering the popular destinations that exist on the alley and its use as a pedestrian thoroughfare, this treatment will be a great improvement over its current condition.

Sincerely,
