Dear Mr. McManus:
In the meeting of 27 July, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept for the proposed alterations and additions to the Scott Building located at the Armed Forces Retirement Home. The Commission members supported the proposed redesign of the glass facade and requested that the next submission include additional study of how this glass wall meets the ground plane.
Please submit the project for review when ready. As always, the staff is available to assist you should questions arise.
