Recommend AGAINST concept design for terrace/garage combination off alley which, as proposed, is not appropriate for this row of houses and their back yards. Recommend AGAINST concept design for addition of a roof deck over three–story rear addition under construction. No objection to concept design of proposed revisions to approved three–story rear addition, including new doors and metal railings. See previous case (OG 02-258). File new submission of working drawings, including details, with a revision to permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
