No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations for front court at Key’s Court, including new 2'–6" high brick walls, brick piers, and installation of fountain, and for archway on side yard as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 24 March 2003 and in coordination with additional work approved under case OG 03-70. Applicant agreed to remove brick garden walls if character of front court after final installation is not acceptable. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
