The Commission appreciates the opportunity to review the temporary installation of color lights up-illuminating the facade after an initial trial period. However, after further discussion, the lights are considered to be non-consistent and non-contributing to the character of the historic district. As previously agreed to by applicant, the existing lights must be removed no later than 30 June 2005. See previous recommendation on letter dated 18 March 2005.
