Recommendation
Recommend AGAINST concept design for storefront as proposed. Although there is no objection to the concept design of the first floor storefront bay window, the second floor must be in-keeping with the character of the upper stories of the Georgetown streetscape. The balcony with outdoor seating area was not approved. Recommend further study of sign scheme and re-submission of revised design for concept review by the Commission when ready.
