AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to concept design development for proposed landscape plan and for development of the Wormley School site with six new townhouses as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 20 October 2006. Recommend architect to work with staff to ensure that the historically-inspired details are depicted accurately prior to submission of permit application. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, landscape plan, and material samples, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
