The Commission regrets that replacement of windows was initiated prior to review and without a permit. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for replacement windows as proposed. Recommend applicant replace sashes within existing frames ONLY, and use half-screens. File new submission of detailed drawings with separate permit application no later than the 11 October 2007 deadline for a November review by the Commission.
