No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new mechanical equipment, which must be painted to match building; for replacement of existing equipment, and for existing roof over stair landing, which was built without review or permit, as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 9 February 2007. CMU building on alley must be painted at the time the building is painted. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
