The Commission regrets that the replacement of original windows with vinyl windows was completed prior to review and without a permit. No objection to issuance of permit for replacement windows as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 November and 21 November 2007 which indicate double-hung custom-made 1/1 single-glazed all-wood windows and frames to match original condition. Recommend use of half-screens if necessary.
