No objection to issuance of permit for proposed landscape plan including retaining walls, steps, fountain, terrace, relocation of condensers and generator pit as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 December 2007 which indicate first condenser located behind line of chimney on North wall to diminish visibility from 29th St. Proposed metal fence was deleted from this permit application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
