No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including sign panel mounted to frieze with lettering reading 'vineyard vines' with three B-K Lighting fixtures replacing existing gooseneck lamps, new mahogany wood doors and painting storefront, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 7 November 2007, which indicate clear glass panes on transom windows. Projecting sign and related light fixtures were NOT approved and were deleted from this permit application (existing one was installed without approval). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
