Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme, including brushed stainless steel letters no taller than 9 1/2 inches high pin-mounted above second floor windows, 4 1/2 inch high letters on fascia above entry door, and vinyl letters applied to storefront window. All signs read 'Karen Millen- England'. No objection to replacement of two light fixtures with B-K Lighting Sign Star Style 'C' fixtures as shown in supplemental drawings dated 4 April 2008. No objection to issuance of permit for temporary construction banner installed inside storefront during period of construction ONLY. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
