No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement-in-kind of existing wood fence, and of vehicular gates and pedestrian gate on side yard as shown in supplemental drawings dated 29 May 2008 which indicate that material is white cedar, and that existing posts will remain. Iron gates were deleted from this permit application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
