Recommendation

Recommend AGAINST concept design for two-story rear addition as proposed. In-fill addition of side yard will adversely impact the historic structure and the neighborhood and was not approved. The window wells in the front of the house are not appropriate in this narrow sidewalk and were not approved. If a rear addition is to be pursued, recommend it be frame construction no wider than the existing rear ell and no taller than its eave.
