The Commission regrets that the awning covering the driveway and the temporary lobby were constructed not complying with approved design. No objection to issuance of permit for temporary installation of awning over drop-off driveway and for temporary lobby. Existing work must be removed no later than 31 January 2009 and area returned to original condition. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
