No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement stucco on front facade to match existing smooth finish and on side wall to match rough texture finish, and for removal of paint from brick steps. Control joint between new and old stucco must be caulked and painted to make it less noticeable. After initial explorative removal of stucco on front wall, if the original wood siding is still in place, it must be repaired and retained. Applicant must return to the Commission for review of options to repair of siding prior to continuing work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
