The Commission regrets that removal of brick on front facade was initiated prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of face brick which must match dimensions of historic brick. Installation must combine re-usable original brick with new. Mortar joint composition and dimensions must match original coursing for the tooth-in of the bricks. Recommend AGAINST the installation of shutters on the front facade.
