No objection to issuance of permit for existing vertical board wood fence without horizontal trim boards as shown in supplemental documentation dated 22 January 2009. Fence must be stained or painted. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
