Existing cornice and single glazed true-divided-lite wood windows will be retained and repaired. Replacement windows were not approved and were removed from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
