No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new covered porch addition as shown in supplemental drawings dated 10 June 2009 PROVIDED planting bed to west of porch is installed on grade as shown in architectural drawings to reduce amount of impervious surface and match previously approved design. See previous cases OG 08-076 and OG 08-332. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Note that gas light fixtures next to the garage door and an electric light fixture above the arched gate were installed without review or permit and are not part of this application. File new submission of cut-sheets for light fixtures with permit application for review by the Commission.
