No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to storefront, 2-story in-fill of dog-leg and one-story rear addition as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 September 2009 which indicate retention of existing floor and roof structures and exterior walls, and repair of storefront metal cornice and pilasters in place. Windows on front facade will be repaired. Garage structure at rear will be removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
