No objection to general concept for proposed alterations, including awning as shown in Scheme A of supplemental drawings dated 1 April 2010 and for sidewalk cafe with one row of tables against building. Existing light fixtures and exposed electric conduits will be removed. Recommend brick base under doors after removal of steps. Projecting sign and up-lights were NOT approved. File new submission of working drawings and design options, including site plan, details, dimensions, material samples and cafe furniture, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
