No objection to concept design for proposed two-story rear addition as shown in option A of supplemental drawings dated 20 May 2010 which indicate rear wall aligns with adjacent structures and the remaining rear yard allows for the planting of a large canopy tree to serve as a buffer between the residential character buildings in the row and the office building behind them. Recommend retention of rear chimney. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions with permit application for review by the Commission.
