No objection to issuance of permit for proposed metal stairs and addition of storefront at second floor level as shown in supplemental drawings dated 23 July 2010 which conform to approved concept design. Existing planters, mechanical equipment and other obstructions to passageway must be removed as part of the scope of work prior to construction of new stairs. See previous approval for relocation of equipment to roof top of elevator tower with louvered screen under case OG 08-323. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
