Approval is conditional on new gates to screen parking pad being part of the construction. Alterations to parking pad, new steps at rear and vents on front facade, which were not approved, were crossed out from the drawings and were deleted from this permit application. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions and details, with permit application for parking pad and gates for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
