No objection to issuance of permit for replacement shed awning covered with blue woven fabric with open sides extending no more than 1'-4" from edge of windows and with lettering on valance reading 'Sherwin-Williams Paints' as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 January 2011, which matches design scheme of adjacent storefront at 1803 Wisconsin Ave. A single awning is appropriate in this case due to the different placement of the heads of windows and door. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
