Recommendation
The Commission regrets that the signs, logo, light fixtures, menu panel and other alterations were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing sign composed of lettering reading 'Zenobia Lounge', Arabic lettering with 3-inch lettering beneath and with light fixture above ONLY. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed menu box no larger than 16" x 22" installed on wall by door. Existing wall mounted image logo above sign, illuminated sign in window, sandwich sign and seasonal decorations were not approved and must be removed no later than 31 May 2011. Recommend further study of etching of logo on glass on entry door. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
