No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of fence visible from the alley with a vertical board fence, and for alterations to the rear yard, including deck, patio and light fixtures, which will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Recommend that light fixtures be shielded so that the light shines down only and not impact adjoining neighbors. The fence will be painted white. Note: The Capitol Historic Trust holds a preservation easement on this property. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
