No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including replacement retractable awning, deck, fence and gates at rear, and for replacement shutters and light fixture on front facade as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 January 2012 which indicate gates are no taller than existing wood fence. Wood fence and gates must be painted or stained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
