The Commission regrets that the wall mounted sign and the pole mounted sign were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing signs which replace previous signs of the same dimensions in the same locations, PROVIDED listing of web-site is removed and pole-mounted sign is affixed to avoid swing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
