No objection to concept design for proposed reconstruction of rear of building to match pre-collapse condition with new window well, and for alterations to storefront as shown in supplemental drawings dated 25 January 2013 which indicate ADA entrance, single light show windows, wood trim and sign panel, 2/2 windows on second floor, and four panel door. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission.
