No objection to issuance of permit for the proposed replacement of the basement window with a 2/2 insulated wood window with a 1 1/4 inch true-divided-light muntin, and for the repair of the five 2/2 wood windows on front facade, which are original, as indicated in supplemental information dated 23 January 2013. Recommend use of interior storms. The replacement of the five 2/2 windows on front facade was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
